Piratdronningen Morgan Adams og hendes slave, William Shaw, er på jagt efter tre dele af et skattekort. Den sidste del er desværre i hænderne på hendes blodtørstige onkel Dawg Brown, piraten med den kulsorte sjæl, som myrdede hendes far. Hendes mandskab er skeptiske over for hendes lederevner, så hun er nødt til at finde skattekortet, inden de gør oprør.
