Thinking that it would help him to rise in the company. Hong proposes to marry Mei-Yan. Moved by his fake sincerity, Mei-Yan agrees to his proposal. Kin and Sau-Han refuses to attend the wedding ceremony as they are not willing to accept Hong‘s ruthless behaviors. Lee Wah establishes her career after graduation from the university. The gap between Kin and her widened and the two often fall into heated argument. Sau-Wan falls ill due to over work and is hospitalized. Being too busy with work. Lee Wah is not able to find time to look after Sau-Wan and therefore arouses Kin's bad feeling. Cho-Kwan understands Lee Wah’s situation and offers to help.
