Ong Bak 3 continuă povestea din partea a doua. Tien este ținut captiv și torturat de inamicul său malefic. Într-un final reușește să scape și, mai mult mort decât viu acesta ajunge în satul unde odată a copilărit și și-a trăit viața. Este îngrijit de săteni, în mijlocul cărora pare a se recupera, însă are de înfruntat karma proprie și o viață anterioară plină de păcate. Misiunea lui este să-și împlinească destinul, încercând să-și limpezească karma rea. Desigur, după un antrenament pe măsură, după ce ascultă sfaturile unui bătrân înțelept, totul conducând spre o confruntare finală cu maleficul său dușman bântuit de fantoma uciderii tatălui lui Tien.
